Why don't you play any Kitsu in your HoA deck ? Or Lion Advisor ?
Why Akodo Nakama and Ikoma Otemi but no Bushido Virtue Fate card ?
You play Furious Assault and Retribution, which are more powerful when you play followers, but no Matsu Benika. Quite weird...
Is Akodo Hachigoro really helpful ? You don't seem to play many Battle actions so powerful they make the battle shift when you play them first.
I never really understood how Unexpected Reinforcements could be a good card. Can you submit a few examples of good uses you make with it please ? |

| Few comments : I think the lack of kitsu is to preserve the equilibrium between courtier/samourai. Adding shug will make the deck less reliable.
Nakama is here because of himself !  For fukuru and virtue are not that great to be included in non bushido decks. |

I understand the Benika point. Aki is already in several Clans, and he and others HV cards just kill any effectiveness Benika could have.
The Unexpected Reinforcements peeps are quite well used to take some Misdirection'ed action in the head, to Stay their blades, to Furious assault and to Flank actions.
Cornered Market produces 2G on a Secluded Waystation, a Mikado or a Forest Killer Cavern.
